The things you do constantly are much faster from the keyboard. On Windows, read as Ctrl.

A trick worth knowing

Ctrl+Tab selects the thread you were just in the moment you press it. One press and release bounces you between two threads.

Only places you actually worked on show up

A thread you opened by mistake never appears in the list. What qualifies is somewhere you sent a message, created something new, renamed something, or edited the contents of a note or knowledge item. Merely opening it, reading it, or passing through it while switching doesn't count. Automatic replies from your digital twin and work mode's automatic continuation don't count either — they aren't you doing something.

Loops you're still building do show up, so you can go back and forth with other threads while assembling one. To search across everything, use +K (the command palette) or the list on the left. If there's only one such place — or none — there's nothing to switch to, so no list appears.
